    Dental Crowns

A dental crown, also called a tooth cap, is a covering that strengthens and protects the part of the tooth above the gum line. They are ideal for restoring weak, decayed, or damaged teeth that cannot be saved with dental fillings. Apart from enhancing the functions of a tooth, a crown also provides many cosmetic benefits.

    Crowns and Bridges
At our facility, we provide custom-designed dental crowns in Channelview, TX, that are tailored to your specific requirements. Depending on the extent of tooth damage and your aesthetic needs, our dentists determine which type of crown will best restore your smile. They are durable and provide long-lasting protection for your damaged teeth.
    Questions About Crowns and Bridges?

    Dental Bridges

A dental bridge offers a fixed replacement for missing teeth. If you have lost one or a few more adjacent teeth in a row, a bridge might be the best solution for your needs. It has artificial teeth in the middle and tooth caps on either end that are fixed over healthy natural teeth for support.

Our dental practice provides custom dental bridges in Channelview, TX, that offer a natural-looking replacement for your missing teeth. Unlike removable dentures, a bridge is fixed over your teeth and has greater stability, allowing you to bite and chew more comfortably. It also prevents the adjacent teeth from shifting into the missing teeth space and maintains your natural bite.

Getting Custom Crowns and Bridges in Channelview, TX

The process of getting a new restoration at our dental practice is easy and typically takes two appointments. At the time of your initial visit, we will assess your oral cavity and discuss your treatment expectations to select the best type of restoration for your oral needs.

For the placement of a crown or bridge, we will remove a thin slice of enamel from the tooth surfaces. It is done under local anesthesia to avoid pain or sensitivity. After tooth preparation, we will take impressions of your teeth and forward them to a dental lab.

Once your customized restoration is ready, we will test its fit and permanently bond it to your prepared teeth. Our dentist will make adjustments if necessary to ensure you are satisfied with the results.

What are dental crowns used for?

    What People Say About Us

I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist. The office staff was very helpful and friendly, the wait time was very minimal. From the time we started the exam till when we left we felt comfortable. Dr.Nguyen and his assistant made my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease throughout her entire procedure by explaining each step as they went.

Lovely staff and great doctor. He talks you through everything and is very personable. We moved about 45 mins away but will still make the drive to see Dr. Nguyen. I gave 4 stars because after I brought my husband after I had a great visit, we had to remind the staff that we weren't being tended to and just waiting in one of the exam rooms.

    ~ Kimberly U.

Dr Reza Rahgozar, Dr Smith and staff took amazing care of me. I hadn't been to a dentist in almost 4 years and they gave me a thorough deep cleaning and evaluation. He scanned my whole mouth in 3D and is going to use the 3D scan to make some Invisalign type guards to protect and straighten my teeth. None of it hurt and was comfortable the whole time. Felt like hanging out with an old friend.
